The Fitness Improvement Team (FIT) is the first and only all around fitness organization in ADMU with open membership to the public. Our goal is to provide Ateneans and students from different universities the necessary tools, knowledge and support to help them achieve their fitness goals. Get FIT, Stay FIT, Join FIT!

FIT Week

A week long event filled with webinars, classes, activities, and many more joined by special guest fitness and sports professionals!
FITinder
In partnership with AFSNAC, to give students a sense of accountability, we decided the best way was through workout buddies! Meet people with similar interests, goals, and availability to work on your fitness with a partner. The officers of FIT will help match each individual to a person FIT for their aspirations!
Bi-Monthly Workouts
Sweat it out with our workouts that happen twice a month, headed and managed by FIT's home grown fitness mentors and professionals!
FIT Mentorship Program
Learn, grow, and become your better self with guidance by your chosen FIT mentor with their own specialties and talents!
FIT Community
A Facebook group dedicated to all things fitness, health, sports, and nutrition. Posts range from information on the best way to lose weight to funny memes to finding workout partners and support groups! Talks, E-numans, and many more to look out for so stay tuned!!!
