The stance of the League of Independent Organizations was presented during today’s Central Assembly session. The community may access the stances of LIONS organizations and how they voted here.

"Constructive conversations will continue among the stakeholders represented in the discussions today. We will continue to work with each other to bring the community together and ensure that the commitments and plans made during the meeting today can be followed through with concrete action.
We invite the rest of the Ateneo community to join us in our efforts to build understanding between one another, hold this government accountable, and stand in solidarity with the communities we work with. These are times that call for our ideals of magis, generosity, and service to the nation and to the least of our brothers and sisters."

"Through this statement in solidarity with One Big Strike, we emphasize how important it is to listen to the cries of the youth, the future of this nation. As a community of independent organizations, we value freedom and democratic spaces. As young Filipinos, we rightfully claim these spaces and our rights to be heard.
We Filipinos need better. We deserve better. With heart, mind, and spirit一we will fight for better."
