YEARLY PROJECTS
Genre Talks

Themed presentations that provide writers with a space to learn about diverse literary genres. They are taught by experts, such as published and award-winning authors and professors, who are invited to share their writing techniques and experiences.
WriterSpeac
Our annual open mic event in which members can perform dramatic readings of written works, musical acts, and even stand-up comedy. It encourages writers to be creative and confident by giving them an avenue to share their craft with the community.
Workshops
An event in which members get to develop their craft through the advice and critique of fellow members. Usually held 4-5 times a year, members have the opportunity to submit their works and have an open discussion, which will be guided by one of the org’s Workshop Facilitators. Afterwards, members may revise their pieces for a chance to have the final version published in our annual chapbook.
